RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Montys Outfit, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. We carefully inspect our products before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a valid issue, you may request an exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
7-Day Exchange Policy
Customers must inspect the product immediately after receiving their order.
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you must contact Montys Outfit Customer Support within 7 days from the date of delivery.

No Direct Return or Refund
Montys Outfit does not offer direct returns or refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

• The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery.
• The original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing where applicable.
• The product has been damaged due to improper use, handling, storage, or care by the customer.

• The reported issue does not meet the conditions of this Return & Exchange Policy.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, customers must contact the Montys Outfit Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customers should provide the following information:

• Customer name and contact information
• Details of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos of the product and reported issue, where required
After receiving the request, our Customer Support Team will review the information provided.
If the exchange request is approved, the customer will receive further instructions regarding the exchange process.
Customers should not send or return any product without prior approval and instructions from Montys Outfit.
Exchange After the 7-Day Period
Exchange requests submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Customers are therefore strongly advised to inspect their products carefully immediately after receiving their orders and report any eligible issues within the specified timeframe.
Product Availability
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the same product, size, color, or variation is unavailable, Montys Outfit may offer another suitable exchange option in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
Delivery and Exchange Charges
